CISE Manufacturing Ltd provide a complete in-house design facility to industries for the management and control of their production processes, our designs are customised and completed to satisfy individual specification and requirements. All design work is prepared using the latest software and CAD facilities available and a consultation service to customers who require assistance with their individual project and initial planning. Our software capabilities include preparation and testing for most PLC systems including Siemens, PILZ, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley etc, HMI's and Data Acquisition systems can also be configured. Our SCADA packages are configured around customer requirements and the graphics designed to reflect the working environment, applications can include anything from existing machine retro-fits to complete new process control solutions. After commissioning CISE can also provide for supervised operator training if required. All programmable hardware can be fully integrated into complete control systems for most industrial and machines, including food processing and utilities. Software projects range from small stand-a-lone PLC's to large networked and industrial Bus systems and PILZmulti software/hardware.
